Plan review
We go over your plans with you or your builder and talk through lighting, outlets and special needs.
Estimate
You get a written estimate for the electrical scope.
Rough-in
We wire the house on your builder's schedule, ready for the rough-in inspection.
Trim-out and final
Devices and fixtures go in, everything is tested, and the job is ready for final inspection.
Good to know: New homes need electrical permits and inspections. We'll walk you through what your project needs and coordinate inspections with your build schedule.
